Guelph Olympic Taekwondo

Taekwondo means literally, the way of the Hand and the Foot. It is a modern martial art that originated in Korea. Taekwondo is a version of unarmed combat, with focus on jumping and flying kicking techniques. It is designed for the purpose of self-defence. Taekwondo is a very popular martial art, practiced by thousands of practitioners around the world.

Welcome to the Guelph Olympic Taekwondo web site

We have been providing top quality Taekwondo instruction to residents of Guelph and the surrounding area since 2002. The club is lead by its founder Master David Wright, 5th Degree Black Belt.

Students are instructed in Olympic style WTF taekwondo with focus on developing harmony between the mind, body and spirit.

Students ages 5 and up, of all skill levels, from no previous experience to Black Belt, are welcome to join us.

The cost is $60 dollars per month, $100 for two family members, $140 for three family members. Taxes are included!
